1. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of digital products (including templates, guides, checklists, and software downloads) are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital products once the download link has been provided.

2. Exceptions

In the rare event that a digital file is provably corrupted or defective, we will provide a replacement file at no additional cost. Please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase.
